Connect Zapier or Make in two minutes
- In Zapier, start a Zap with Webhooks by Zapier → Catch Hook (in Make: Custom webhook) and copy the URL.
- In SmallCrew.in, open Settings → Send alerts to your team chat → Add webhook, choose Generic JSON HTTP, paste the URL and pick the events.
- Finish the Zap with any app you like: add a row to Google Sheets, post in Slack, create a contact in HubSpot.

Each call is a JSON POST like { "event": "lead.created", "timestamp": "…", "payload": { … } }, with an X-SmallCrew-Signature header (HMAC-SHA256 of the body) you can use to verify it came from us. Private tasks never leave your workspace.
